摘 要:目的:通过生物力学观测,研究骨挤压及骨挤压与重组人甲状旁腺激素(1-34)[PTH(1-34)]联合应用对骨质疏松动物模型中种植体周围骨结合的影响。方法:24只日本大耳白兔,分成3组,2组制成骨质疏松模型,3个月后,于双侧胫骨近心端植入种植体(左侧骨挤压,右侧不挤压)。实验组术后每周3 d背部皮下注射PTH(1-34)60 g/kg,其余2组分别作为空白对照(假手术)组和阴性对照(不用PTH)组。术后4周和8周处死各组一半动物,进行力学测试。结果:在力学实验中,无论4周或8周,实验组不挤压侧的测定值显著高于挤压侧(P<0.05),而其他各组间存在共同趋势。结论:骨挤压对于种植体的早期骨结合没有促进作用,并削弱PTH对种植体骨结合的促进作用。Objective: To study the effects of osteotome technique and intermittent administration of PTH (1-34) in the implant fixa- tion in osteoporosis rabbit tibia. Methods: 16 Japanese white rabbits were ovariectomized and 8 rabbits received shame operation. Three months later implants were implanted in proximal end of tibia by common drill sequence ( at right side) or osteotome technique (at left side) in all animals. Each rabbit in the experimental group was administrated with subcutaneous injection (3 days a week) of 60 g/kg PTH (1-34). The animals in other two groups received vehicle only. 4 and 8 weeks after implantation half of the animals in each group were sacrificed for mechanics test. Results. 4 and 8 weeks after implantation, the maximum pullout force of the samples on common drilled side was significantly higher than that of the osteotomed side in the experimental group. The same tend was found in the other two groups. Conclusion: Osteotome technique do not have positive effect on early fixation of implant even if PTH (1-34) is used.
