即刻全口义齿即刻软衬的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：纳入即刻单颌或全口总义齿修复的患者65例,随机分为试验组和对照组。试验组取模前只修整余留牙,拔牙后即刻戴牙、即刻进行软衬。而对照组则在模型上修整牙槽嵴后制作义齿,拔牙后即刻戴入全口义齿。试验组在7 d、1个月疗效良好率分别为87.9%、84.8%,明显高于对照组(62.5%、56.3%)(P<0.05)。即刻全口义齿即刻软衬具有较好的临床效果,值得应用推广。65 patients treated with immediate complete dentures were randomly divided into test group（ 33 cases） and control group（ 32 ca- ses）. In the test group the dentures were prepared with soft - lining, in the control group the dentures were prepared after alveolar ridge trim- ming. The clinical effects of test group were significantly higher than those of control group at 7 days and 1 month after using the dentures（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Immediate complete denture with soft-lining is feasible in clinical application.
