摘　　要：目的：探讨乳腺癌术后局部淋巴结转移患者经动脉灌注化疗及栓塞术的可行性和疗效。方法：对８例乳腺癌术后局部淋巴结转移患者采用经患侧锁骨下动脉及其分支灌注化疗，３例同时行选择性锁骨下动脉分支栓塞术。结果：５例患者化疗后肿块缩小，患侧上肢症状缓解；２例无变化；１例肿块增大，上肢症状加重。结论：经动脉灌注化疗及栓塞术是治疗乳腺癌术后局部转移的一种有效方法。Objective: To investigate the feasibility and efficacy of intraarterial chemotherapy or chemoembolization in patients with metastasis of locally lymph nodes after mastectomy. Method: 8 patients underwent chemotherapy through ipsilateral subelavian artery or its branches, 3 patients underwent superselective subclavian arterial branches embolization simultaneously. Results: Tumor masses reduced in size in 5 patients and local symptoms relieved, not changed in 2 Patients and progressed in 1 patient. Conclusion: Intraarterial chemotherapy (or chemoemedization) is an effective method in treating patients with metastasis of locally lymph nodes after mastectomy.
