中国甲状腺癌患者PTEN蛋白表达及其意义的Meta分析

摘　　要：目的综合分析中国甲状腺癌患者第10号染色体同源缺失性磷酸酶-张力蛋白基因(PTEN)蛋白表达及其意义。方法通过检索中国期刊全文数据库、万方数据库、维普数据库及PubMed,收集2002年5月至2012年5月发表的关于"PTEN蛋白在中国甲状腺癌患者中表达"的研究资料,采用Meta分析对这些文献进行汇总、归纳和统计学分析。结果 10篇文献(971例患者)符合入选标准,556例甲状腺癌患者中PTEN蛋白阳性表达263例,正常甲状腺或甲状腺良性病变对照组415病例中PTEN蛋白阳性表达382例,优势比为0.08,95%CI=0.06～0.12(P<0.01)。结论 Meta分析显示在中国甲状腺癌患者中,PTEN蛋白表达低于在正常甲状腺或甲状腺良性病变中。PTEN低表达可能在甲状腺癌的发生、发展、转移及预后中起重要作用,这对于甲状腺癌的早期诊断、治疗和预防具有参考意义。Objective To comprehensively analyze the expression of phophatase and tensin homology deleted on chromosome 10（PTEN） protein and its meaning in Chinese thyroid cancer patients. Methods This research retrieved the literature concerning the investigations on PTEN protein expression and its meaning in Chinese thyroid cancer between May 2002 to May 2012 from the Chinese periodical full text data base, Wanfang database, Weipu database, PubMed. Literature collection, summary and statistics-analysis were processed by using Meta-analysis. Results Ten reports,including 971 patients, were selected based on the standard. Of 556 thyroid cancer patients, 351 cases were positive to PTEN;In 415 patients with normal thyroid or benign thyroid diseases, 382 cases were positive to PTEN （ OR = 0.08;95 ~ CI = 0.06-0.12, P d0.01）. Conclusion The Meta-analysis shows that the lower expression of PTEN protein was seen in cancer tissues compared with normal thyroid or benign thyroid diseases among Chinese thyroid cancer. The lower expression of PTEN in thyroid cancer may possess important clinical significance to carcinogenesis, progress and metastasis, which might be valuable for the early diagnosis, treatment, and prognosis of thyroid cancer.
