高效液相法测定党归舒经胶囊中阿魏酸的含量

摘　　要：目的:建立党归舒经胶囊中阿魏酸含量的HPLC测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,使用DIONEX Acclaim 120 C18(250.0 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)色谱柱,以甲醇-1.5%冰醋酸(4060)作为流动相。检测波长320 nm,流速1.0 mL.min-1,柱温为35℃。结果:阿魏酸在0.024～0.240范围内线性较好(r=0.999 8),平均回收率为98.92%(RSD为0.45%)。结论:该方法快速、简便、可靠、准确度高、重复性好,处方中其他成分对测定亦无干扰,分离效果好,可用于党归舒经胶囊中阿魏酸含量测定。Objective ：To establish a method for content determination of ferulic acid in Danggui Shujing capsule by HPLC. Methods ：The experimental condition of the RP-HPLC method was as follows ： DIONEX Acclaim 120 C18 column （ 5 p.m, 250.0 × 4.6 mm）, with methanol versus 1.5% glacial acetic acid （40 ： 60） as the mobile phase. Detected wavelength was 320 nm; the flow rate was 1.0 mL· min^-1 ;the Column temperature was 35 ℃. Results： The ferulic acid demonstrated good linear relationship in the range 0. 024 - 0.240 （ r = 0.999 8 ）. The average recovery rate was 98.92 % with RSD of 0.45 %. Conclusion： The method is rapid, simple, reliable, and accurate. The other ingredients in the prescription had no interference with the determination. It had good separation effect and could be used in the content determination of ferulic acid in Danggui Shujing capsule.
