摘　　要：为了保障人民群众生命财产安全,应急物资的快速、安全配送是非常重要的,将GIS应用于应急物资配送中,结合计算机技术,将优化路径可视化,有效的提高配送效率。论文提出一种配送模型,用蚁群算法解决,利用Delphi编程,系统实现路径优化功能。To ensure the life and wealth of the people safety. It is importance to deliver emergency material fleetly and safely.It will effectively increase efficiency of delivering emergency material,with combining computer technology and making the optimization path eyeable. Put forward a kind of the method of sending model, solving problem by Ant Colony Algorithm, using Delphi to program the computer, realizing the System.
