摘　　要：目的探讨多层螺旋cT检查对小肠肿瘤的诊断价值。方法对36例小肠肿瘤患者采用多层螺旋cT检查，并对影像结果进行回顾性分析。结果采用多层螺旋cT检查敏感性为94．4％，准确性为88．9％。结论多层螺旋CT检查对小肠肿瘤有较高的检出率。Objective To explore the clinical vaue of muhilayer spiral CT in diagnosis of small intestinal tumor. Methods 36 cases with small intestinal tumor were selected as the research objects,the multi-slice spiral CT imaging results were analyzed retrospectively. Results Sensitivity of multi-slice spiral CT was 94.4%, accuracy of 88.9%. Conclusion Spiral CT is a safe, simple, non-invasive, effective method in diagnosis of small bowel tumors, it has high detection rate.
