高能聚焦超声治疗兔VΧ2肝癌后的磁共振灌注加权成像的成像技术及特征

摘  要:目的对高能聚焦超声(HIFU)治疗兔VΧ2肝癌后的磁共振灌注加权成像(PWI)的成像技术以及特征进行评价分析。方法随机抽取30只新西兰大白兔,对这30只大白兔实施组织肿块种植操作,将其制成30只兔VΧ2肝癌模型,对这30只大白兔采用高能聚焦超声(HIFU)进行治疗后进行核磁共振检查,对磁共振灌注加权成像(PWI)的成像技术以及特征进行总结并展开分析。结果通过总结分析结果发现30只大白兔治疗前与治疗后兔肝VΧ2瘤中央区以及周边区之间存在的SRSmax的差异具有显著的统计学意义(P<0.05);瘤旁肝实质之间存在的SRSmax的差异不具有显著的统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论采用1.5TMR扫描仪对兔肝VΧ2瘤进行关注成像治疗具有一定的可行性,值得临床对其予以注意。【Objective】to high-intensity focused ultrasound(HIFU) in treatment of rabbit VΧ2 carcinoma after perfusion weighted magnetic resonance imaging(PWI) imaging techniques and characteristics were analyzed and evaluated.【Methods】of random sampling of 30 New Zealand rabbits,30 rabbits on the implementation of tissue mass planting operation,in the form of 30 rabbit VΧ2 liver cancer model,on which30 rabbits using high-intensity focused ultrasound(HIFU) was performed after treatment on MRI,perfusion weighted magnetic resonance imaging(PWI) imaging technique as well as the characteristics are summarized and analyzed.【Resluts】The results by analysis results found in 30 rabbits before and after treatment of rabbit liver VΧ2 tumor of central and peripheral zone exists between the SRSmax difference is statistically significant(P0.05);tumor adjacent liver parenchyma exists between the SRSmax and the difference is not significant statistically(P0.05).【Conclusion】using 1.5TMR scanner on rabbit liver VΧ2 tumor attention imaging treatment has certain feasibility,is worth the clinical to its attention.
