超声乳化透明晶体摘除联合折叠人工晶体植入治疗高度近视的疗效探讨

摘　　要：目的探究在高度近视患者中应用乳化超声并摘除透明晶体、人工晶体折叠后植入的临床疗效。方法截取我院2009年3月-2012年1月共60例(共100眼)高度近视患者,行乳化超声并摘除透明晶体、人工晶体折叠后植入治疗,按切口不同分透明角膜缘切口(A组)及巩膜隧道切口(B组),并对比观察该治疗在高度近视患者中的治疗意义。结果巩膜隧道切口、透明角膜缘切口手术后裸眼视力均优于术前矫正视力;裸眼视力优于0.3分别为74%、90%;轴长<29mm的39只患眼中有32只(82%)术后BCVA优于0.5,对比轴长≥29mm的61只患眼中仅38只(62.3%)术后BCVA优于0.5,以上数据行统计分析提示P均小于0.05。结论高度近视患者中应用乳化超声并摘除透明晶体、人工晶体折叠后植入的临床疗效满意。【Objective】To explore the application of emulsified in Ultrasound in patients with high myopia and removal of transparent crystals,the therapeutic effect of intraocular lens implantation after the collapse.【Methods】Interception of our hospital in March 2009-January2012,60 cases（a total of 100 eyes） in patients with high myopia,emulsifying ultrasonic extraction transparent crystals,and intraocular lens implantation after the collapse,according to cut different transparent corneal limbal incision（group a） and scleral tunnel incision（Group b） and observation of the therapy in the treatment of high myopia patients.【Resluts】Sclera tunnel incision,and transparent corneal margin incision surgery Hou open hole vision are superior surgery Qian correction vision;open hole vision superior 0.3 respectively for 74%,and 90%;axis long 29mm of 39 suffering from eye in the has 32 only（82%） surgery Hou BCVA superior 0.5,contrast axis long ≥ 29mm of 61 only suffering from eye in the only 38 only（62.3%） surgery Hou BCVA superior 0.5,above data line statistics analysis prompted p are is less than 0.05.【Conclusion】Application of emulsified in Ultrasound in patients with high myopia and removal of the Crystal,the therapeutic effect of intraocular lens implantation after the collapse is satisfied.
