显微超声技术处理钙化根管及根管内台阶的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨根管显微镜联合超声器械治疗钙化根管及根管内台阶的临床疗效。方法选取因根管钙化及根管内台阶造成的阻塞根管65个为研究对象,在根管显微镜下采用专用的超声器械进行根管再通畅。结果 65个阻塞根管中,成功再通畅的根管有56个,成功率为86.2%。其中钙化根管再通畅率为88.6%,根管内台阶去除率为83.3%。结论根管显微镜和超声技术的结合,为处理钙化根管和根管内台阶提供了有效的方法。【Objective】 To evaluate the clinical outcome of dental operating microsc-ope and ultrasonic instruments in treating calcified and ledged root canals.【Methods】 65 blocked canals were treated by using ultrasonic tips under dental operating micro-scope,the success rates were calculated.【Resluts】 65 blocked canals were successfullymanaged with a success rate of 86.2%.The success rates of each category of the bloc-ked canals were 88.6% for calcified canals,83.3% for ledged canals.【Conclusion】The use of dental operating microscope and ultrasonic instruments is proved to be an effectived way in the treated of calcified and ledged root canals.
