摘　　要：延安时期党的干部学校在办学形式、课程内容、管理体制等方面创造了许多成功的经验。这一时期党的干部教育在办学实践中,注重探索战时教育方针、注重培育优良校风与校园文化、注重建设专兼结合的师资队伍、注重培养理论联系实际的优良学风。这些重要经验对新时期办好党的干部学院具有重要借鉴意义。The Party＇ s cadre schools achieved rich successful experience in such areas as the form of educa tion, curricula contents, management system in the Yan＇ an era. During this period, the practice of the Party ＇ s ca dre education stressed great attention to the exploration of wartime educational principles, the cultivation of sound school style and school culture, the building of a combined team of fulltime and part-time faculty members, and the nurture of a good study style of combining theory with practice. Such important experience provides significant inspirations for successfully running the Party＇s executive leadership academies in the new era.
