摘　　要：东西方法文化基于在选择秩序构建模式以及治理文化策略选择方面的不同,导致了东西方民众对于与法相关的如自由、权利、义务等概念以及其内涵认知的差异,研究并对比东西方法文化的异同,探究其内在观念和外在制度的本质差异,可为我国的法制建设提供相应的决策参考和建议。The difference between east and west legal culture in selecting the model of order construction and the strategy of governance culture causes different cognition of the east and west people to the law - related concepts such as freedom, right, obligation, and their connotation. To study and compare the similarities and differences be- tween Eastern and Western legal cultures and explore the essential differences of the internal concepts and external system can provide corresponding decision references and recommendations for the construction of China＇ s legal system.
