摘　　要：未成年人道德人格培养问题研究意义十分重大。国内外研究者对这一课题研究主要围绕着未成年人道德人格培养的现状、特点、原因、目标、方式等方面展开,为未成年人道德人格培养提供理论参考。但研究中也存在不足,未成年人的人格道德培养研究应朝着尽量细化、具体化、多元化的方向发展,提高其实践性、可操作性。The research on morality personality cultivation for juveniles is of great significance. Domestic and foreign researchers in this field mainly focus on the status quo, characteristics, causes, goals, modes, etc. in morality personality cultivation for juveniles, thus providing a theoretical reference to morality and personality cultivation for juveniles. However, there are some shortcomings in these researches. So, this kind of research should move toward refinement, materialization and pluralism to boost its practicality and operability.
