摘　　要：在鸡、猪、牛用饲料中添加油脂的各种优点 ,已逐渐被人们所认识。这一技术的实践和发展受到人们的普遍关注。The various advantages of adding oil and fat to energy feeds for chicken, pig and cattle have been well-known progressively.The practice and development of this technique have holden people's wide interests. The application of oil and fat in feeds for different animals has been described in detail.
