摘 要:为研究在软弱地层、富水、超浅埋等复杂建设条件下,采用双侧壁导坑法修建大断面隧道的适用性和合理施工参数,本文以厦门翔安海底隧道陆域段行车隧道工程实例为依托,采用数值模拟结合现场应用分析开展研究。结果表明:竖直临时支撑控制竖向沉降能力优于弧形临时支撑,但弧形临时支撑的总体受力分布和抵抗侧向变形明显优于竖直临时支撑,推荐采用弧形临时支撑;推荐导坑内上台阶长度为4m,下台阶长度为8m,左右导坑间距8m,中导洞间距30m,每循环开挖一般控制在1m,即两榀钢拱架;一次拆撑10m,保留40m初期支护全封闭且变形稳定的未拆撑段;采用优化调整后的双侧壁导坑法,可适用于该工程复杂建设条件,工效显著提高,陆域段月均进尺达到55m。Applicability and reasonable construction parameter for large cross - section tunnel with both side heading method under the soft layer ,water - rich and super shallow conditions are studied by using numerical simulation combined with field analysis based on Xiamen Xiang' an subsea Tunnel. The result shows that arc temporary support is significantly better than vertical temporary support for general force distribution and resisting lateral deformation, although the latter is better than the former for controlling vertical settlement, so arc tempora- ry support is recommended. Also the recommended length for upper and lower bench of heading is 4m and 8m. the recommended distance for left to right length is 8m and medium heading is 30m, the control value for cycle excavation is l m, two -bay steel arch; the length for dismantling temporary shoring is 10m, the retention length for primary support tending to be stable which is enclosed totally is 40m ,work efficiency is significantly increased by using both side heading method which is optimized, the average month footage for Xiang' an subsea tunnel can reach 55m.
