阿立哌唑与利培酮治疗住院精神分裂症患者的对照研究

摘　　要：目的探讨阿立哌唑与利培酮治疗住院精神分裂患者的疗效及安全性。方法将60例住院精神分裂症患者随机分为阿立哌唑组与利培酮组,每组30例,疗程8周,分别于治疗前及治疗后的第2、4、8周进行PANSS、SANS和TESS评定。结果两组疗效比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗前后两组SANS各因子评分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01);治疗4、8周时,阿立哌唑组意志缺乏、注意障碍两项因子分与利培酮组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01),而其他因子评分两组间差异则无统计学意义(P>0.05);阿立哌唑几乎不导致体重增加及月经紊乱等不良反应。结论阿立哌唑与利培酮对阴性症状均有较好疗效,但前者对意志缺乏及注意障碍的改善更明显,且不良反应较少,阿立哌唑是治疗以阴性症状为主的精神分裂症理想药物。Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety in schizophrenic patients treated by aripiprazole and risperidon. Methods A total of 60 patients with schizophrenia were randomly divided into aripiprazole group and risperidon group for 8 - week treatment. PANSS,SANS and TESS were used to evaluate the clinical efficacy. Results The patients in both groups had sig- nificant clinical efficacy by PANSS（ P 〈 0.05 or 0.01 ）. In the SANS scale, both groups have significant decrease, and aripiprazole was more effective in improving lack of will and attention disorder（ P 〈 0.05 or 0.01 ）. The aripiprazole almost does not lead to weight gain and menstrual disorders. Conclusion Aripiprazole and risperidon are similar in the treatment of schizophrenia, and aripiprazole has more effective in improving lack of will and attention disorder and with fewer side effects. Aripiprazole is and very effective and safe antipsyehotics in the treatment for schizophrenia with predominantly negative symptoms.
