摘　　要：在教育发展规划新纲要的指导下,高等院校课程教学的模式迎来了新的任务和挑战.在此背景下,高等院校需要审思课程教学中的不足和缺陷,构建现代教育新理念,开辟教师专业化-课程教学改革协调发展的新途径,着力提升课程教学质量,为培养高素质高质量的大学生提供一支专业化的教师队伍.Under the direction of new program of higher education,new tasks or challenges have emerged for new teaching reform.In the new condition,great efforts should be exerted to check and ponder the lack and limitation in college curriculum,to fabricate some ideas of modern education,to optimize training approaches of the coordinating growth of teacher specialization,and to cultivate a new specialized faculty for all-around development of the college students.
