摘  要:合成基钻井液流变性受基液的影响很大。研究了自行研制的4种气制油DWO1、DWO2、DWO3、DWO4及2种国外合成油的碳链分布、理化特性及黏温特性,并对不同基液配制的合成基钻井液性能进行了测试与评价。实验发现,使用其中一种国外合成油(主要由C9~C16组成,C9~C16占85.623%)或DWO4(主要由C9~C16组成,C9~C16占98.622%)作基液所配制的合成基钻井液,其在中低温(4~66℃)条件下流变性稳定,且综合性能指标均能满足现场深水正常作业的要求。由实验结果可以得出,碳链分布相对集中的基液,其黏度受温度的影响变化相对平缓。The rheology of synthetic-based drilling fluid is affected heavily by base oils.Four kinds of self-made GTL (gas-to-liquid) oil DWO1,DWO2,DWO3 and DWO4,and two kinds of foreign synthetic-based oil are evaluated from carbon-chains,physicochemical properties and the relationships between rheology and temperature.The evaluation results show that two kinds of synthetic-based drilling fluids with base oil of DWO4 and one foreign synthetic-based oils (mainly composed by C9-C16,each of 85.623% and 98.622%) have good performances of theology stability at low temperature of 4 ℃-66 ℃,which can meet the demand of deep water drilling.Furthermore,more narrow the carbon-chains distribution is,less effect of temperature to the viscosity of base oil.
