摘　　要：腧穴的功效是针灸治疗疾病的基础,针灸处方的制定必然结合腧穴的特性。穴性的概念早有人提出,文章结合腧穴的作用对穴位的病性和证性加以阐释,并以此进一步说明腧穴的病性与证性的临床意义,涉及针灸处方的制定、疾病的诊断及针灸禁忌。并以此为切入点提出针灸病证结合治疗的新模式。Acu-point immanent function is the basic of acupuncture clinic effect.Acupuncture prescription creation must consider the nature of acu-point,which has been put forward for many years.This paper elaborated the acu-point character of disease and syndrome（APCDAS） from the function,also illustrated the clinical significance of APCDAS,as well as acupuncture prescription,diagnosis of disease and acupuncture taboos,as the point penetration to propose the new acupuncture clinical model combining disease and syndrome.
