摘　　要：风格多样的苏轼词受到了李商隐诗的广泛影响。苏词中有32处涉及李商隐诗,其中,在集句词中直接引用的有6处,其余则均为变化、揉合李诗入词的情况。对李商隐诗多方面优长的有意吸收,使得苏词意境、内涵等显得更为丰富。The various-styled Ci-poems composed by Su Shi were widely influenced by the poems of Li Shangyin. Altogether, 32 places can be spotted which are related to Li＇ s poems. There are six places borrowing lines by Li; and in all the other cases, he changed and mixed Li＇ s poems into his own. By absorbing Li＇ s advantages, Su made his poems richer in conception and connotation.
