医学生医患沟通与换位思考能力的培养

摘　　要：我国正处于医疗体制改革的特殊阶段,医患纠纷逐年上升,影响了正常的医疗秩序和社会的安定团结。通过加强医患沟通和相互换位思考,可以让医患之间增进了解,重构和谐的医患关系。本文主要分析了医患沟通与换位思考的重要性和目前医患沟通与换位思考能力缺乏的主要原因,提出加强医学生医患沟通与换位思考能力培养的主要举措。Our country is in a special stage of the health care reform and medical disputes are increasing year by year, affecting the normal order of medical care as well as social stability and unity. To strengthen doctor-patient communication and thinking in a manner of exchanging position will im- prove understanding between doctors and patients and help reconstruct a harmonious doctor-patient relationship. This paper analyzes the importance of doctor-patient communication and thinking in a manner of exchanging position, main causes of the lack of doctor-patient communication and thinking in a manner of exchanging position, and then puts forward measures to cultivate medical students＇ doctor-patient communication skill and thinking in a manner of exchanging position.
