摘 要:七年制本硕连读是口腔医学高端人才的重要培养模式之一,由于学制较长,学生的培养比五年制有更高的要求。长学制学生配备临床医师作为其长学制全程导师,导师可以对学生开展思想动态观察、早期人生职业生涯规划、人文素质培养以及科研能力早期训练等项目。本文探讨临床医师担任长学制导师对口腔医学七年制学生基础阶段教育的作用。Seven-year undergraduate-and-graduate education is one of the important modes in oral medi- cal talents training. Because of longer schooling than the five-year program, the training system will have higher requirements for students. All long-schooling medical students have a clinician as their long-schooling tutor throughout the seven years. The tutor is responsible for continuous observation of students' thinking, their early career planning, cultivation of humanities quality and early training of scientific research ability. This article will explore the role of a clinician as a long-schooling tutor of seven-year oral medicine students in preclinical medical education.
