在麻醉实习带教中做好风险控制的体会

摘　　要：临床实习是临床教学的重要内容,在麻醉实习带教中无疑隐藏着极大的风险。危险来自麻醉工作的高风险性、实习学生的个人因素以及目前医患关系的大环境。作为一名麻醉学实习生的带教教师,要做好放手训练与安全带教的对策。从病例的选择、操作前的准备、操作过程中风险点的掌控以及加强对实习生纪律约束,提倡综合训练等,为实习学生创造优良的学习环境,以利于他们的成长。The clinical practice is the important content for medical student. During this period, many hided risk factor, especially to the student who undergoing anesthesian clinical-practice training. These risk comes from the characters of the clinical anesthesia, the personal element of the student and the environment of the whole society. As an instruction doctor, a suitable method should be found , not only can give the students enough chance to be training, but also guarantee the safety of the patients. The following procedure as the patients select , the prepare for the operation, the risk management during the operation and enhancement of the discipline, advocation of the comprehensive training should be considered in order to create a good environment for the student.
