摘　　要：目的探讨非霍奇金淋巴瘤组织中P-gp(P-糖蛋白)的表达及临床意义。方法应用免疫组化法检测117例非霍奇金淋巴瘤组织中P-gp的表达及其与生存率的关系。结果初治组P-gp表达的阳性率为30.26%(23/76);复发/难治组阳性率高达68.29%(28/41),2组差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。P-gp表达阳性者化疗后生存时间明显低于阴性表达者,与预后显著相关(P<0.01)。结论 P-gp在非霍奇金淋巴瘤组织中高表达是多药耐药产生的基础,动态监测P-gp能指导临床治疗及预后。Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significane of P-gp in non-Hodgkin＇s lymphoma.Methods Immunohistochemical techniques was used to test the expression and survivial rates of P-gp in 117 non-Hodgkin＇s lymphoma patients.Results The positive expression rate of P-gp in initial treatment group was 30.26% and that of recurrence/refractoriness group was 68.29%.The difference was statistical significant.And the survival time of non-Hodgkin＇s lymphoma patients who had the positive expression of p-gp was shorter than that of the negative expression patients after chemotherapy.The Cox regressionmodel showed that clinical stage,P-gp was significantly related to prognosis of non-Hodgkin＇s lymphoma.Conclusion The high expression of p-gp induce multidrug resistance in non-Hodgkin＇s lymphoma.Monitoring of expression of P-gp has scientific and instructional value.
