替吉奥胶囊联合奥沙利铂治疗晚期食管癌的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察替吉奥胶囊联合奥沙利铂治疗晚期食管癌患者的疗效和不良反应。方法 27例晚期食管癌患者采用替吉奥胶囊联合奥沙利铂方案治疗,每3周重复1次,治疗3个周期后评价疗效。结果 27例患者均完成6个周期化疗。其中完全缓解1例(3.7%),部分缓解12例(44.4%),近期有效率48.1%。主要不良反应为血液学毒性、胃肠道反应和感觉神经毒性,无化疗相关性死亡。结论替吉奥胶囊联合奥沙利铂治疗晚期食管癌,疗效肯定,患者耐受性良好,可作为晚期食管癌患者化疗的选择方案。Objective To observe the efficacy and side effects of S-1 and oxaliplatin in the treatment of advanced esophageal cancer.Methods 27 cases of advanced esophageal cancer were treated with S-1 and oxaliplatin,repeated every 3 weeks,and evaluate the efficacy after 3 cycles.Results 27 patients finished 6 cycles of the chemotherapy treatment.There were 1 case（3.7%） with complete response（CR）,12 cases（44.4%） with partial response（PR）,and the overall response rate was 48.1%.Major side effects were hematological toxicities,gastrointestinal disturbance,and neurosensory toxicity.There was no chemotherapy-related death.Conclusion S-1 and oxaliplatin is an effective and well-tolerated chemotherapy treatment for advanced esophageal cancer,and it can be used as an alternative chemotherapy regimen for advanced esophageal cancer patients.
