摘　　要：目的探讨替吉奥胶囊(S-1)治疗蒽环类和(或)紫杉醇治疗失败的乳腺癌的近期疗效和不良反应。方法将15例晚期乳腺癌患者给予替吉奥胶囊(S-1)化疗。按RECIST标准评价近期疗效,WHO标准评价不良反应。结果获得完全缓解0例,部分缓解6例,稳定5例,进展4例,总有效率为40%;全组无治疗相关性死亡。结论替吉奥胶囊对蒽环类和(或)紫杉醇治疗失败的晚期乳腺癌临床缓解率高,不良反应轻,患者耐受性好,有可能成为化疗失败的转移性乳腺癌患者的补救药物。Objective To evaluate the efficacy and toxicity of capsule（S-1） for anthracycline-based and（or） taxol chemotherapy-failed advanced breast cancer.Methods 15 patients with advanced breast cancer were treated with capsule（S-1） chemotherapy.Evaluate the recent efficacy according to RECIST standard,and evaluate toxicity according to WHO standard.Results There were no complete remission,6 partial remissions,5 stable diseases,and 4 progression diseases.The overall response rate was 40%.There was no treatment-related deaths.Conclusion Capsule（S-1） is effective and well-tolerated treatment for anthracycline-based and（or） taxol chemotherapy-failed advanced breast cancer,and it is likely to become the remedial measures for the chemotherapy failed mestastatic breast cancer.
