摘 要:目的探讨大学生应对方式、认知情绪调节及和谐心理之间的关系。方法采用自编和谐心理问卷、认知情绪调节问卷、简易应对方式问卷对287大学生进行调查研究。结果 (1)大学生和谐心理总体水平一般(总均分为3.52±0.38)。(2)除了消极认知情绪调节和积极应对方式外,大学生应对方式、认知情绪调节各维度与和谐心理总分之间呈显著相关(p<0.05或p<0.01)。(3)积极应对方式在大学生积极认知情绪调节和和谐心理之间起完全中介作用,中介效应比率为94.90%。消极应对方式在大学生消极认知情绪调节和和谐心理之间起部分中介作用,中介效应比率为26.41%。结论积极应对方式和消极应对方式分别在认知情绪调节和和谐心理之间起完全和部分中介作用。Objective To explore the relations of col- lege students" coping styles, cognitive emotion regu- lation and harmonious psychology. Methods A total of 287 college students were investigated with serf-made?Questionnaire for Harmonious Psychology, Cognitive Emotion Regulation Questionnaire and Sim- plified Coping Style Questionnaire. Results (1) Col- lege students" overall level of harmonious psychology is general(the total average score is 3.52 ± 0.38). (2) In addition to the negative cognitive emotion regulation and negative coping style, there are significant relations among dimensions of cognitive emotion regula tion, coping style and total score of harmonious psy- chology (p〈0.05 or p〈0.01). (3) Positive coping style plays the full mediating role between positive cognitive emotion regulation and harmonious psychology, and the intermediary effect is 94.90%. Negative coping style plays the partial mediating roles between negative cog- nitive emotion regulation and harmonious psychology, and the intermediary effect is 26.41%. Conclusion Positive coping style and negative coping style is sig- nificantly related with cognitive emotion regulation and harmonious psychology, which plays respectively the full or partial mediating roles.
