摘　　要：风险沟通中体现的公正因素可以分为风险信息的公正、沟通过程的公正和信息接收者的心理公正标准,其中沟通过程的公正包括公开负面信息和给予信息接收者发言权两个方面。风险沟通中公正因素研究的常用方法有量表测量法与程序公正评估法。风险信息本身或风险沟通过程中体现公正,能提高信息接收者的权威信任和政策评价,进而达到政策接纳等良好的沟通效果。Factors of justice in the risk communication reflect can be divided into justice of communication justice of risk information, process and psychological justice standard of information receiver, justice of communication process consist of publicing negative information and giving information receiver voice .The favorite methods to investigate factors of justice in the risk communication include scale measurement and procedural justice evaluation. Risk informations itself or the processes of risk communication reflect justice, it enhances authority trust of information receiver and policy evaluation, and then achieves policy acceptance and good communication effect.
