摘 要:目的探讨不同喷砂预处理和表面处理剂对钴铬合金-瓷聚合体粘接强度的影响。方法制作圆形钴铬合金铸造试件40个,分为两组,分别用60#和150#Al2O3进行喷砂处理,各组试件分别采用2种表面处理剂(Metal photo primer和Primer paste)和2种瓷聚合体(Solidex和Ceramage)制备钴铬合金-树脂粘接试件,测试抗剪切粘接强度。结果实验表明60#Al2O3喷砂预处理可以获得更大的粘接强度,Ceramage组抗剪切粘接强度显著高于Solidex组(P<0.05),而不同的金属表面处理剂对粘接强度无显著影响。结论喷砂粒度对钴铬合金与瓷聚合体的粘接强度有显著影响,不同瓷聚合体系统对与钴铬合金的粘接强度也有影响。Objective To investigate the influence of different sizes of sandblast particles and different primers on bond strength of Co-Cr alloy to two kinds of polymer-ceramics.Methods Forty Co-Cr alloy discs were divided into two groups,which were sandblasted with either 60# or 150# Al2O3 particles respectively.After that,two primers(Metal Photo Primer or Primer paste) and two polymer-ceramics(Solidex or Ceramage) were applied respectively onto the surface of the discs.Shear bond strength was measured.Results Higher shear bond strength had been obtained in discs sandblasted with 60# Al2O3.The average shear bond strength of Ceramage group was greater than that of Solidex group(P0.05).No significant difference in bond strength was found between subgroups using different primers.Conclusions The size of sandblast particles has significant effect on the bond strength of polymer-ceramic to Co-Cr alloy.Differences polymer-ceramics has different bond strength to Co-Cr alloy.
