摘  要:目的:研究夏侧金盏花中虾青素合成相关基因Adketo和Adkc在不同组织部位的表达,从而从基因表达角度探讨这两个基因与虾青素合成的关系。方法:根据GenBank上的Adketo和Adkc基因以及内参Adactin基因的序列设计荧光定量PCR引物,通过Real-time PCR分析Adketo和Adkc基因的组织部位表达情况。结果:Adketo和Adkc基因均只在花中大量表达(3%),其余组织内只能检测到少量或微量表达(10-5~10-3)。结论:虾青素主要在夏侧金盏花的花中合成具有正相关关系,为证明Adketo和Adkc是虾青素合成相关基因添加了又一证据。Objective: To analyze the expression of astaxanthin biosynthesis relative gene Adketo and Adkc in different tissues of Adonis aestivalis,and to explore the relation between those two genes and astaxanthin biosynthesis at the level of gene expression.Methods:Primers for real-time PCR was designed according to the sequences of Adketo,Adkc and reference gene Adactin in genbank,then the expression of Adketo and Adkc in different tissues of Adonis aestivalis was analyzed.Results:Adketo and Adkc were expressed in flower at high level,while little expression was detected in other tissues.Conclusions: Expression of Adketo and Adkc is similar with the fact that astaxanthin is only synthesized in flower of Adonis aestivalis.It provides evidence for the relation between the genes Adketo and Adkc and the biosynthesis of astaxanthin.
