外周血IL-6、TGF-β1在肝癌患者无水酒精治疗前后的变化

摘　　要：目的:对超声引导下经皮无水酒精注射术(PEI)对肝细胞癌患者机体免疫功能的影响。方法:采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测30例原发性肝癌患者在PEI治疗前和治疗3次后、治疗6次后、治疗8次后白介素-6(IL-6)、转化生长因子-β1(TGF-β1)的改变,并与健康对照组比较。结果:PEI治疗前IL-6、TGF-β1均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。在PEI治疗3次后IL-6、TGF-β1明显升高,与治疗前比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),在治疗6次后均降低到治疗前水平。治疗8次后,TGF-β1也呈现下降的趋势,与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。8次治疗后,IL-6持续下降,但与治疗前相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);结论:PEI具有增加机体免疫功能、降低肿瘤负荷、杀灭肿瘤细胞三大积极作用,但同时PEI应用早期可能会导致机体出现短期的免疫抑制。Objective： To analyze the influence of ultrasound-guided PEI on immune function of patients with HCC by monitoring the changes of IL-6,TGF-β1 before and after PEI.Methods： Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay（ELISA） were used to measure the immune state of 30 patients with PHC respectively before undergoing PEI and after 3 times,6 times,8 times of treatment,and results were compared with the healthy controls.Results： Before undergoing PEI,IL-6,TGF-β1 level were significant higher than that of the control group（P0.05）.After three times of PEI,IL-6 and TGF-β1 levels increased significantly（P0.05）,but decreased to the levels before treatment after undergoing 6 times of PEI.After 8 times of treatment,both TGF-β1 and IL-6 showed a descending trend,the former one was significant lower than that before treatment（P0.05）.Conclusions： PEI can increase immune function,kill tumor cells,reduce tumor burden,but it also cause a transient immune suppression at the early stage.
