CD_4^+效应T细胞在慢性牙周炎患者治疗前后的变化

摘　　要：目的:检测慢性牙周炎患者治疗前后患牙GCF中CD4+T细胞的表达水平,探讨免疫因子在慢性牙周炎治疗中的作用。方法:选取我院进行治疗的48例慢性牙周炎患者为治疗组,全部常规治疗,正常健康对照组32人,记录正常对照组及治疗组治疗前后的临床指数,采用双抗夹心酶联免疫吸附法(enzyme linked immunosorbent Assay,ELISA)检测治疗组治疗前后及正常对照组GCF中IFN-、IL-10、IL-17的含量,并讨论与临床指数的相关性。结果:IFN-、IL-10、IL-17含量,与正常对照组比较,治疗组治疗前及治疗后6周,治疗有显著性差异(P均<0.01),治疗后12周接近正常对照组值,无统计学意义(P均>0.05);治疗后两组与治疗前比较,各项指标均有显著性差异(P均<0.01);与PD分别比较,均有线性显著相关(P均<0.05),与PII分别比较,均无有线性显著相关(P均>0.05);IFN-与IL-10、IL-10与IL-17分别比较,均有线性显著负相关(均P<0.05),IFN-与IL-17含量分别比较,均无有线性显著相关(P均>0.05)。结论:CD4+效应T细胞中Thl、Th2和Thl7细胞在慢性牙周炎中均发挥不同的重要作用。Objective： To detect expression level of CD4＋ T cells in gingival crevicular fluid of chronic periodontitis patients before and after treatment and to explore the role of immune factors in the treatment of chronic periodontitis.Method： A total of 48 patients with chronic periodontitis were selected as treatment group,and had conventional treatment,and another 32 healthy persons were selected as normal healthy control group.Clinical indices were recorded before and after the treatment,IFN-,IL-10,IL-17 content in gingival sulcus fluid were detected by using a double antibody sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay,and the relation was analyzed.Results：There was significant difference in IFN-,IL-10 and IL-17 content between treatment group and control group,and between those before and 6 weeks after treatment（all P0.01）.12 weeks after treatment,these indexes were close to normal level（all P0.05）;compared with PD there was significant linear correlation（both P0.05）,while compared with PII there was no significant linear correlation（P0.05）.IL-10 had significant negative correlation with IFN-and IL-17（P0.05）,while there was no correlation between IFN-and IL-17 level（P0.05）.Conclusions： Thl Th2,and Thl7 in CD4＋ effector T cells play a different role in chronic periodontitis.
