摘  要:在白银煤矿区遥感调查的基础上,应用遥感和地理信息系统技术开展了矿山环境综合评价研究;以矿山开发对矿山环境影响程度为主,兼顾地质环境背景,结合人类对矿山环境恢复治理情况,建立了矿山环境评价指标体系,利用层次分析法和专家经验法确定评价因子的权重,采用网格法作为评价单元对矿山环境质量进行定量评价与分区研究;白银煤矿矿山环境综合评价结果表明,矿山环境综合评价可以较准地确定矿山开发对环境的影响程度及范围,较客观真实地反映矿山环境质量状况,为矿山环境恢复治理规划提供科学依据。On the basis of remote sensing survey of Baiyin coal mining area in Gansu Province, the comprehensive evaluation system of the mine environment is established by applying RS and GIS techniques. The system mainly focuses on the impact extent of mining on the environmental damage, in combination of the geological environment backgroundand the mine environmental reclamation. Further more, the mine environmental evaluation index system was built for the purpose. The weight of evaluation index is determined by AHP and expert evaluation knowledge. The grid approach is chosen as evaluation unit to evaluate the environmental quality quantita- tively and by partition of index. The mining environmental evaluation results of Baiyin coal mining area shows that this evaluation sys- tem can accurately determine the impacting degree and range of mining development and can also reflect objectively the real quality of mine environment, so as to provide a scientific basis for the mine environmental reclamation and management.
