应用激光漂白无髓牙的临床安全性评价

摘　　要：目的:应用氩离子激光结合漂白剂对变色且完成根管充填治疗的无髓前牙分别进行牙面或牙面与髓腔内漂白。观察漂白后牙齿出现症状的情况来判断激光辅助漂白牙齿的安全性。方法:在口腔内科门诊随机选取变色且完成根管充填治疗的无髓前牙48颗,分为对照组和实验组。应用氩离子激光结合35%过氧化氢凝胶将2组牙齿分别进行牙面漂白或牙面与髓腔漂白。观察漂白后牙齿出现症状的情况来判断激光辅助漂白牙齿的安全性。结果:氩离子激光结合漂白剂进行牙面与髓腔内漂白过的无髓前牙术后出现牙齿根尖周受损症状。结论:应用氩离子激光结合漂白剂进行髓腔内漂白牙齿应慎重,以免造成对牙尖周的损伤。Objective：Use the Argon ion laser combined with bleaching agent on the surface or the surface and pulp chamber of the teeth which had complete root canal filling treatment to change color.Observe the clinical symptoms to determine the safety of the laser-assisted bleaching. Methods： Select 48 discolored pulpless anterior teeth which had complete root canal filling treatment,divided into control and experimental groups. Use the Argon ion laser combined with 30% Hydrogen peroxide gelatin on the surface or the surface and pulp chamber of the teeth. Observe the clinical symptoms to determine the safety of the laser-assisted bleaching.Results： The teeth which were used the Argon ion laser combined with 30% Hydrogen peroxide gelatin on the surface and pulp chamber had the symptoms of periapical damage.Conclusions： We should be careful to use the Argon ion laser combined with bleaching agent on the surface and pulp chamber of teeth.
