复方苦参联合化疗初治老年进展期胃癌疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨复方苦参联合化疗初治老年进展期胃癌的临床疗效及安全性。方法:选择我院2009～2012年70例进展期胃癌老年患者的临床资料,根据患者的治疗方式分为观察组及对照组,各35例,两组患者均行化疗,观察组患者加用复方苦参,连续治疗3个周期,应用数字评估法(NRS)对两组患者治疗前后疼痛情况进行评价,比较两组患者临床疗效及不良反应情况。结果:观察组患者临床总有效率高于对照组,两组患者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者疼痛缓解率高于对照组,两组患者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者化疗后不良反应发生率低于对照组,两组患者比较差异明显,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:复方苦参联合化疗初治老年进展期胃癌,能明显改善化疗患者的症状,减轻患者的疼痛,对化疗药物引起的毒性有一定的预防作用,可以作为化疗的辅助药物。Objective：To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of compound matrine combined with chemotherapy in previously untreated elderly advanced gastric cancer.Methods：Select our hospital from 2009 to 2012,70 cases of advanced gastric cancer in elderly patients clinical data,divided into two groups according to the patient＇s treatment and control group,35 cases in each,the two groups of patients underwent chemotherapy,patients in the observation group compound matrineconsecutive three treatment cycles,the application of digital assessment Act（NRS） pain in the two groups of patients before and after treatment to evaluate the clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared,and adverse reactions.Results：Clinical observation group total efficiency higher than that in control group,the two groups were statistically significant（P0.05） difference;observation group patients with pain relief rate was higher,the two groups of patients the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）;observation group patients after chemotherapy,the incidence of adverse reactions than the control group,the obvious difference between the two groups of patients,statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：Compound matrine combined with chemotherapy in previously untreated elderly advanced gastric cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy can significantly improve symptoms,reduce the patient＇s pain,certain preventive effect of the chemotherapy drug-induced toxicity,and can be used as an adjunct of chemotherapy.
