摘　　要：目的:分析人重组白介素6对直肠癌患者HT-2胞黏蛋白表达的影响。方法:选择2008～2011年期间在我院行直肠癌切除手术的90名患者,分为使用IL-6治疗的观察组患者78例及未使用IL-6的对照组患者72例,比较两者病灶组织细胞的胞粘蛋白表达差异。结果:观察组患者病灶组织中的胞粘蛋白基因mRNA含量明显小于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论:IL-6可以有效抑制直肠癌HT-2胞粘蛋白表达,可抑制癌症进展。Objective：Analyze the effects of recombinant human interleukin 6 in patients with rectal cancer HT-2 cell adhesion protein expression influence.Methods：Choose 90 patients between 2008～2011 year period in our hospital for resection of rectal cancer as the research object,the use of IL-6 for treatment of the patients in the observation group 78 cases and the control group did not use IL-6 72 patients,comparing the lesion tissue cell adhesion protein expression differences.Results：The lesion tissue of observation group extracellular mucin gene mRNA content was smaller than that of the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion：IL-6 can inhibit HT-2 cell mucin expression in rectal cancer,can inhibit cancer progression.
