摘　　要：介绍了水泥生产过程中钾、钠、氯、硫等挥发性物质的循环机理和结皮堵塞现象形成的机理,阐述了解决结皮堵塞现象的旁路放风技术及其在水泥生产过程中应注意的几个问题,同时针对旁路放风废气提出了新的利用途径。This paper briefly introduced the recycling mechanism of vola- tile material potassium, sodium, chlorine and sulfur in vement production process. Moreover the phenomenon of buildups jam was discussed; Besides, lhe paper dicussed the cemenl by-pass techniques of solving the buildus and a few attentioned problems in production line ; It was suggested that a new utilization way was provided for the bypass exhaust gas.
