摘　　要：阐述了本科生导师制的内涵,总结了本科生导师制在管理制度、师生感情、大学生心理健康的发展、大学生的适应能力和创新能力培养方面的优势,简单介绍了本科生导师制在我院实践的情况和所取得的成绩,提出了本科生导师制实施中所遇到的主要问题,并提出了相应问题的解决方案。The connotation of undergraduate tutorial system was expound and the advantage of undergraduate tutorial system in management system,teachers and students feelings,the development of college students mental health,the adaptability of college students and innovation ability training were summarized.The situation and the result of practicing undergraduate tutorial system in the school were introduced simply,and the problem during the implementation of undergraduate tutorial system and counter-measures were put forward.
