摘 要:目的分析重修护理专业基础课程学生学习成绩的影响因素,探索提高学生专业基础课程学习效果的途径。方法采用自行设计的问卷对在校参加过2门及以上护理专业基础课程重修补考的164名护理专业学生进行调查。统计分析影响学习成绩的主要因素。结果影响学习的因素排前3位的是:自己不认真学习,自身学习方法不当,听不懂;课程内容太抽象,教师讲课内容多速度太快,教师讲课枯燥,不生动,对课程不感兴趣,基础差听不懂等是高职高专学生学习兴趣不高的主要原因。结论护理专业基础课程要以提高学生学习兴趣为目的,开展课堂教学改革。Objective To analyze the factors affecting learning achievements of the higher vocational nursing students who retake professional foundation courses,and to explore the ways to improve the students' professional learning outcomes. Methods Self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate 164 nursing students who have retaken two or above professional foundation courses. The main factors affecting academic performance were analyzed. Results The top three factors affecting the learning were:they do not study conscientiously;their own learning methods were improperly;do not understand the contents. The course contents were too abstract;teachers taught too many contents and taught too fast;boring and not lively teaching methods;not interested in the courses;and their basic knowledge were too poor to understand the contents were the factors influencing the vocational students' interest in learning. Conclusion The classroom teaching reform for professional foundation courses should aim at increasing students' interest in learning.
