摘　　要：本文在非均相固～液平衡吸附反应的基础上，推导了纤维素酶对纤维素纤维的吸附等温方程式，结果表明纤维平衡吸附酶量与吸附时溶液中的纤维浓度和酶浓度都是呈双曲线关系，并且，该吸附等温方程与实验结果具有良好的一致性。Based on the solid-liquid adsorption equilibrium of a heterogeneous system,the adsorption isotherm equation of cellulase to cellulose fibers was derived. The results show the hyperbolic relationship between the adsorbed enzyme fraction and the fiber (or enzyme) concentration in the solution. Then, the formulation has a good agreement with the experimental data.
