煤炭企业职工安全生产积极性研究

摘　　要：针对煤矿安全管理中存在的问题,尤其是职工的安全生产重视态度和主动参与性,分析得到积极性与主观能动性的关系:积极性是主观能动性的外在表现,主观能动性是积极性的内在机理,并在此基础上探讨了积极性的影响因素,提出了充分调动职工安全生产积极性的措施,对煤炭企业安全管理具有一定的理论意义及实践价值。According to the problems existed in the coal mine safety management, especially the safety production attitude and active participation of the staff,this paper analyses and finds out the relationship between enthusiasm and subjective initiatives： enthusiasm is the external behavior of subjective initiatives and subjective initiatives is inhere mechanism of enthusiasm.Based on this,the factors affecting the enthusiasm are discussed and the measures of fully mobilizing the enthusiasm of staffs are put forward,theoretically and practically significant for safety management of coal enterprises.
