摘　　要：本文总结了可再生能源建筑应用示范项目实际测评工作中的经验,结合现有的测评文件,提出了高效开展该项工作的完整测评流程,指出了测评工作中需要重点注意的问题,并对现有的太阳能热水系统和地源热泵系统的性能检测方法提出了改进建议。In this paper, the experience for evaluating the renewable energy building application demonstration project was summarized. Based on the existing evaluation guidelines, a set of efficient and complete workflow was proposed. Furthermore, key problems that should be paid attention in the period of evaluation process were presented, and suggestions for improving the performance testing of solar water heating system and ground-source heat pump system were put forward.
