摘　　要：企业绿色管理已经成为了全球管理学一个热点研究主题,而跨国公司由于在全球范围内经营,其绿色管理又存在特殊之处。本文梳理了关于跨国公司绿色管理的研究文献,首先回顾了跨国公司对东道国环境的正面和负面影响,接下来就跨国公司绿色管理的动机进行了综述,并对跨国公司绿色管理的全球一体化和本土化战略进行了分析。最后,本文对现有跨国公司绿色管理研究进行了评述,指出了不足和未来可能的研究方向。Since the twenty-first century, global climate change, the destruction of the ecological environment and the sustainable development are attracting attention from both academia and practical fields. MNE is the main force to promote economic globalization, and has thus been in a responsible position of these global issues as well. Due to this responsibility, more and more MNEs take the global environmental factors into consideration, such as the protection of ecological populations, in order to resist the anti-globalization. But on the other hand, some schol- ars believe that MNEs will choose institutional arbitrage, putting the heavy polluted industries in countries with lax environmental controls. In this paper, we review the literatures of MNEs green management, including the environ- mental effects of multinational companies in the host country, motivations of green management, and the strategies of MNEs green management. Previous researches on MNEs green management studied this issue from various aspects, including different strategies, motivations and the subsequent impacts of the green management. These studies have already reached a consensus that green management is very important for modem companies. The first topic is about the impact from MNEs on the host country. Scholars concluded that in the early stage, the phenomenon of ＂pollution haven＂ or ＂institutional arbitrage＂ may exist in MNEs, but with the continuous development of the host country as well as the growing attention from various stakeholders, more and more MNEs started to pay notice on the environmental prob- lems. Through employing advanced resources and technologies, MNEs have a positive impact on the host country environment. Research issues transferred from ＂whether MNEs have negative impacts on the host country environ- ment＂ to ＂the influential mechanism of positive impacts from MNEs to the host country environment＂.
