摘 要:胆酸是以牛或羊的胆汁、胆膏为原料经皂化、酸化和精制而成,主要用于配制人工牛黄、体外培育牛黄以及复方制剂清开灵口服液和注射液。从胆酸原药中分离得到两个结构未知的有关物质,采用核磁共振一维谱(1H NMR、13C NMR、DEPT谱)、二维谱(1H-1H COSY、HSQC、HMBC)及高分辨质谱(HRMS)研究其结构,分别为3,12-二羟基-7-氧代胆烷酸和3,7-二羟基-12-氧代胆烷酸,并对它们的1H NMR和13C NMR信号给予相应归属。Cholic acid is the primary bile acid that is made from bile and bile extract of animal by saponification, acidification and purification, which may be widely used to make some compound preparations such as artificial bezoar, Qingkailing oral liquid and Qingkailing injection. The structures of the two unknown related substances isolated from cholic acid were determined by NMR spectrum including 1H NMR, 13C NMR, DEPT, 1H-1H COSY, HSQC, HMBC and high resolution mass spectrometry. They were identified as 3α,12α-dihydroxy-7-oxo-5β-cholan-24-oic acid and 3α,7α- dihydroxy-12-oxo-5β-cholan-24-oic acid. Their data of 1H NMR and 13C NMR were assigned.
