摘 要:掘进机截齿截割过程中,由于破碎岩石的渐进性、突变性和重复性等特点,使得具有间隙非线性特征的截齿动力学特性变得格外复杂。本文通过对截齿进行受力分析,建立其沿切向截割时的非线性动力学模型,并仿真出不同间隙时截齿的位移和加速度曲线,通过和实测曲线对比,验证了模型的合理性,为截齿间隙的确定提供了理论依据。During operation of the cutting pick of the roadheader, the dynamic behavior of the cutting pick with nonlinear clearance is of complexity due to progressive, sudden and periodic behavior of rock breaking. Aider the force analysis of the cutting pick, the paper built a nonlinear dynamic model of the cutting pick while it cutting rocks along the tangential direction, and simulated the displacement and acceleration of the cutting pick at various clearances. The model proved reasonable by contrast between simulation curves and measuring ones. The study offered theoretical references for determining the clearance between cutting picks.
