摘 要:[目的]研究不同氮肥用量和氮肥施用时期对大麦籽粒生育酚含量的影响。[方法]采用裂区设计,对10个大麦品种分别设置氮肥用量和氮肥施用时期试验,收获后采用高效液相色谱法测定各样品生育酚含量。[结果]氮肥用量、品种及其互作对籽粒α、β、γ,δ和总生育酚含量差异均达极显著水平。品种对α、β、δ和总生育酚含量总变异所起的作用最大,氮肥用量次之,氮肥用量与品种互作最小;而氮肥用量对γ-生育酚含量的总变异的作用均小于品种和氮肥用量和品种互作。不同氮肥施用时期、品种及其对籽粒各生育酚含量差异均达极显著水平;氮肥施用时期对α-生育酚含量的影响大于品种和氮肥施用时期与品种互作的影响;对γδ和总生育酚含量的影响位于品种和互作之间,对β-生育酚含量的影响最小。[结论]大麦拔节期施用氮肥与苗期和灌浆期施氮相比,会导致籽粒各生育酚含量的显著增加;氮肥运筹与品种的合理搭配对大麦籽粒生育酚含量改良具有积极意义。[ Objective ] The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of nitrogen fertilizer application on the contents of tocopherol in barley kernels. [ Method] By using split plot design 10 cultivars were planted under different nitrogen fertilizer amounts (NFA) and application timing (NFAT) treatments. High Performance Liquid Chromatography was employed to test the contents of tocopherol in matured barley kernels. [ Result] The effects of NFA, genotype and their interaction on α, β, γ, δ and total tocopherol were all significant ( P 〈 0. 01 ). Genotypes had great effect on the contents of α, β, δ and total tocopherol, the NFT and interaction between NFA and genotype was small. The effect of NFA on γ- tocopherol was the least. The effects of NFAT, genotype and their interaction on the contents of α, β, γ, δ and total tocopherol were all significant (P 〈 0.01 ). The effect of NFAT on the content of α - tocopherol is greater than genotype and the interaction between NFA and genotype. The effect of NFAT on the contents of γ, δ and total tocopherol lies between genotype and the interaction between NFA and genotype, and the effect of NFAT on the content of 15 - tocopherol is the least. [ Conclusion ] The application of nitrogen fertilizer at seedling stage and grouting stage compared with the application of nitrogen fertilizer at shooting stage could significantly increase the contents of α, β, γ, δ and total tocopherol. The reasonable NFA collocation with varieties could have positive meaning and improve barley grain phenolic acid contents.
