摘　　要：文章针对军校图书馆信息资源共建共享机制问题展开研究。通过对军校图书馆信息资源共建共享机制的核心概念及研究范围界定,对目前国内外以及军内外信息资源共建共享的基本现状进行对比分析,总结得出军队院校在该领域的不足之处。重点围绕管理机制、运行机制和保障机制三个方面,组织协调机制、人才队伍机制、标准规范机制、资源建设机制、技术运行机制、服务保障机制、信息安全机制和评估考核机制等八个要素,为军队院校信息资源共建共享机制的研究提供思路。The paper explores the information resources common construction and sharing mechanism of military academy libraries.The authors determine the core concepts and the study scope of the military academy library information resources common construction and sharing mechanism,and then,compare and analyze the basic status quo of the information resources common construction and sharing at home and abroad as well as military and civilian,from which the authors conclude the deficiencies of the military academies.The paper focuses on three aspects,that is,the management mechanism,the operating mechanism and the safeguard mechanism,and analyzes eight elements deeply which is the coordination mechanisms,personnel mechanism,standard mechanisms,resource mechanisms,technology mechanism,service mechanisms,information security and evaluation mechanism.This will provide the idea for the information resources common construction and sharing mechanism of military academy libraries.
