摘　　要：目的顺应护理教育国际化和护理一级学科定位的现状，构建一套科学、合理的《上海交通大学护理本科人才培养标准》，以指导并提高本校护理人才培养的质量。方法在文献回顾的基础上，采用名义群体技术和德尔菲咨询相结合的技术确定标准内容。结果确立了由总培养目标和态度、知识、能力为3个维度的人才具体培养方案构成的培养标准。结论本研究尝试使用的名义群体法能避免顺从权威或个人控制的缺点，是对传统专家工作会议的有效改进，为护理人才培养方案的构建及评价提供又一科学、专业化的方法学借鉴。Objective To develop a nursing standard of baccalaureate program for Shanghai Jiaotong University to guide and improve the training quality of nursing students. Methods On the basis of literature review, the nominal group technique and Delphi survey technique were used to develop the standard. Results The training objective and the training plan included attitude, knowledge and ability constituted the standard. Conclusions The deficient of dominating personalities or obedience to authority which existed in traditional group discussion can be diminished in this study. The nominal group technique is a scientific and professional method for the construction and evaluation of nursing program.
