监狱干警心理健康状况及应对方式的中介效应研究

摘　　要：目的研究监狱干警心理健康状况,并考察应对方式在生活满意度及心理健康状况之间的中介效应。方法采用SCL-90、生活满意指数A量表和应对方式量表对190名重庆监狱干警进行问卷调查。结果①监狱干警心理健康状况总体低于全国常模(t=2.13,P<0.01);②SCL-90得分与生活满意度、解决问题显著负相关(r=-0.52,-0.28;P<0.01),与自责、幻想、退避、合理化呈显著正相关(t=0.58,0.25,0.48,0.52;P<0.01);③应对方式中解决问题、自责、退避和合理化4个因子在生活满意度和心理健康水平之间存在部分中介效应。结论生活满意度不仅可以直接对监狱干警的心理健康状况造成影响,还通过解决问题、自责、退避和合理化间接影响监狱干警心理健康状况。Objective To explore the status of mental health and life satisfation of prison police,as well as coping style as a mediator.Methods A total of 190 prison polices were surveyed using the Symptom Checklist-90,Life Satisfaction Index A and the Coping Ways Questionnaire.Results ① The lobal mental health level of prison polices was lower than the norm（t=2.13,P0.01）.② Life satisfiction and problems solving were significantly negatively associated with SCL-90（r=-0.52,-0.28;P0.01）.Self-blame,fantasy,avoidance and retionalization were singnificantly positively associated with SCL-90（t=0.58,0.25,0.48,0.52;P0.01）.③Problems solving,self-blame,avoidance and retionalization partially mediated the relationship between life satisfiction and mental health of prison police.Conclusion Life satisfiction not only has a direct role on the mental health,but also indirectly influences it through problems solving,self-blame,avoidance and retionalization.
