煤矿伤工创伤后应激障碍的调查研究

摘　　要：目的调查煤矿伤工患者创伤后应激障碍的发病率及影响因素,为煤矿伤工患者心理干预提供依据。方法采用分层随机抽样的方法,应用临床用创伤后应激障碍自评量表(PTSD-SS)对210名煤矿伤工进行问卷调查。结果①煤矿伤工PTSD发病率高;②地面组和井下组的伤工在PTSD总分及其各个维度得分上均存在显著差异(t=-5.76,-9.37,-7.77,-8.26,-7.62;P<0.001);③不同年龄段的伤工在PTSD总分以及回避维度和警觉性增高维度得分存在显著差异(F=2.92,3.33,2.99;P<0.05);④受教教育程度不同的伤工在PTSD总分及其各维度得分上均不存在显著差异(t=0.52,0.95,0.34,0.04,0.33;P>0.05);⑤受伤部位不同的伤工在PTSD总分以及各个维度得分均不存在显著差异(t=-1.54,-1.67,-1.81,-1.41,-0.81,-1.70;P>0.05)。结论煤矿井下伤工存在较高的PTSD发病率,工作环境和年龄是其影响因素。Objective To study the incidence rate of PTSD in injured coal miners and its influencing factors,and provide evidence for psychological intervention in injuryed coal miners.Methods Using stratified random sampling method and clinical PTSD scale（post-traumatic stress disorder self-rating scale）to investigate 210 injured coal miners.Results ① The incidence rate of PTSD among injured coal miners was high.② There were significant differences in mean scores of PTSD and each dimension between ground and underground injured coal miners（t=-5.76,-9.37,-7.77,-8.26,-7.62;P0.001）.③There were significant differences in mean scores of PTSD and dimensions of avoidance and increased alertness among different age group of injured coal miners（F=2.92,3.33,2.99;P0.05）.④There were not significant differences in mean scores of PTSD and each dimension among injured coal miners with different education levels（t=0.52,0.95,0.34,0.04,0.33;P0.05）.⑤There were not significant differences in mean scores of PTSD and each dimension among injured coal miners with different injured sites（t=-1.54,-1.67,-1.81,-1.41,-0.81,-1.70;P0.05）.Conclusion The incidence rate of PTSD in underground injured coal miners is high,which is influenced by working condition and age factors.
